Returns and Refunds
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns and refunds for any items.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability or other reasons, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed as usual and delivered to the customer.
To cancel your order within the 24 hour period, kindly make the cancellation by sending an email to orders@maselected.com
Exchanges
We will accept exchange requests made within 5 business days after delivery of your order, provided that all of the exchange requirements are fulfilled. Items on Sale will not be accepted for Exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
We do not accept exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we gladly accept exchanges on eligible items that meet the following criteria:
- The item was received within the last 5 business days.
- The item is in its original condition, with all packaging intact.
- Provide the order number that is mentioned on the Card that comes with the order.
- Proof in the form of pictures sent via Whatsapp or email showing the items in their original packaging, unused and in their original condition.
Please note that some items are not eligible for exchange. These include:
- Items marked as Sale.
- Earrings
- Items shipped outside Lebanon.
- Personalized items that have been customized specifically for you.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the items are used, are not in the same condition when they were received by the customer, and are not in their original packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at orders@maselected.com or Whatsapp Message at +961-76-880093 to request an exchange authorization.
- Provide the proof of purchase – Order Card included in the order must be shown as proof of purchase
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders in Lebanon for the amount of $100 USD or more.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that new shipping charges will apply to any exchange request and must be paid by the customer to the shipping company.
International Order & Shipping
MA Selected provides international shipping to select countries.

Please note, orders placed outside Lebanon are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.
We are not responsible for any import duties or fees incurred in the customer’s country.
